A LITTLE HELP, A REAL CONNECTION
Questions? We’re right here.
GOOD TO KNOW
Good questions, clear answers
A little help with shipping, care and custom ideas.
How long does international shipping take?+
International parcels usually take around 7–14 days, depending on destination, customs and carrier. Tracking is provided after dispatch. See our shipping policy.
How do I care for handmade squishies?+
Handmade cracking squishies wear with play. Squeeze gently, keep clean and dry, and avoid sharp objects and heat. Every handmade piece has its own little variations.
What if my item arrives damaged?+
Keep the packaging, order number and clear photos, then contact us. We’ll review the damage and arrange a replacement or refund under our policy.
Can I return an item?+
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Eligibility depends on item condition and our returns policy. Used handmade consumables generally aren’t returnable for a change of mind; defects and shipping damage are reviewed separately.
Do you offer wholesale or custom orders?+
Yes, let’s talk. Send your product, quantity, deadline and custom idea. We’ll confirm minimums, pricing and production timing before you order.
